Select the thickness according to the size of conveyor roller:

The following parameters are for reference only. (for thin PVC conveyor belt, large roller can be selected, but thick conveyor belt cannot be selected for small roller)

1. The roller with a diameter of 40mm is selected as the conveyor belt with a thickness of 1mm.

2. The roller with a diameter of 60mm adopts a 2mm thick conveyor belt with two cloth and two glue.

3. The roller with a diameter of 90mm adopts a 3mm thick conveyor belt with two cloth and two adhesives.

4. The roller with a diameter of 120mm selects a 4mm thick conveyor belt with three cloth and three glue.

5. The roller with a diameter of 150 mm adopts a 5 mm thick conveyor belt with three cloth and three glue.

Select the thickness according to the pipeline length:

It is recommended that the thicker the longer the belt is, the thicker the shorter one can also be selected. This should be selected according to the weight of the articles to be transported. If the transported goods are very light and the rollers meet the requirements, thicker PVC conveyor belts are recommended here, with longer service life. If the cost performance ratio is selected, the thin ones can also be selected. Here, 2mm and 3mm are common.

2. If you need to climb the slope, you can choose the conveyor belt with patterns. The pattern can increase the friction between the PVC conveyor belt and the materials, so as to realize the climbing transportation. The thickness is generally 3mm-5mm.

3. Conveyor belt can be divided into different colors (red, yellow, green, blue, gray, white, black, dark blue-green, transparent), thickness products, thickness from 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm can be produced.
