1. Customized red rubber synchronous belt. Processing rubber mainly plays the functions of wear resistance, high temperature resistance and skid resistance. In general, the processing of red rubber in the back of the synchronous belt, there is a direct one-piece vulcanization molding, but also through the glue pressing. The thickness of rubber is 2-10 mm. The types of rubber are domestic rubber and imported rubber. Compared with domestic rubber, imported rubber is softer, elastic and wear-resistant.

2. Pu timing belt customization. Pu is super wear-resistant material, and repeated friction will not drop powder, more hygienic and environmental protection. Pu and rubber are more wear-resistant, but ordinary Pu has higher hardness and poor scalability, so it can be customized according to the demand. Pu timing belt 3. Felt synchronous belt. The main function of high temperature felt is high temperature resistance, which can be divided into low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature, which can withstand 200-800 ℃ high temperature respectively. It is mainly used in aluminum industry.

4. Customized sponge synchronous belt. High density sponge is mainly used in the transportation of precision electronic components and coated glass, playing the role of exhaust and buffer. The sponge is relatively soft, has certain tensile strength and fast rebound.

5. Guide holes can be added according to customer's requirements.
