There are many kinds of conveyor belts, which make it difficult to choose. Especially for the new purchase, the length and width of the material may be selected, but it is difficult to know how thick it is, because the use effect of the conveyor belt will be affected if the conveyor belt is too thin and too thick, and the service life will be shortened. How to choose the thickness of green PVC conveyor belt?

The following parameters are for reference only. (for thin green PVC conveyor belt, large roller can be selected, but thick conveyor belt cannot be selected for small roller. )

1. For rollers with a diameter of 40 mm, choose a conveyor belt with a thickness of 1 mm.

2. For the roller with a diameter of 60mm, the conveyor belt with a thickness of 2mm is selected.

3. The roller with a diameter of 90mm selects a 3mm thick conveyor belt.

4. Choose 4mm thick conveyor belt for 120mm diameter roller.

5. The diameter of the roller is 150 mm and the conveyor belt is 5 mm thick.

Select the thickness according to the length of operation line:

It is suggested that the longer the assembly line is, the thicker one can be selected, and the shorter one can also be thicker. This should be selected according to the weight of the goods transported. If the transported goods are very light and the roller meets the requirements, it is recommended to choose the thicker green PVC conveyor belt, which can have a longer service life. If you choose a cost-effective one, you can also choose a thinner one, 2mm here, 3mm is common.
