(1) Manufacture of joint of steel wire rope core conveyor belt

Cut all the mesh wires of each head, scrape off the adhesive on the surface, beat the steel wire core conveyor belt at the root of the steel wire into a slope with an angle grinder, about 100mm wide, and then grind it outward for 150mm along the slope, remove the surface of the original steel wire core conveyor belt and roughen it. Clean the steel wire and grinding surface with 120# gasoline.

(2) Laying of steel wire rope core conveyor belt and lapping of steel wire

First lay a layer of clean plastic film on the surface of the lower heating plate, and then lay a layer of rubber to make the rubber coincide with the inclined plane of the joints at both ends. Then lap the steel wire as required and brush the mortar to ensure that the mortar is evenly and evenly distributed. Then lay the rubber material to make the rubber material coincide with the inclined planes at both ends, and lay a layer of plastic film on it to complete the laying of steel wire rope core conveyor belt joint and steel wire lapping.

(3) Installation of vulcanizer

① Place the lower frame so that the ends are aligned, and the center line of the frame is aligned with the center line of the steel wire rope core conveyor belt. Then place the water pressure plate, pressure plate and lower vulcanization plate. The placement of vulcanization plate shall be based on the center line of its working face and aligned with the center line of steel wire rope core conveyor belt.

② After the bonding part of the steel wire rope core conveyor belt is made according to the process, clamp it with retaining iron on both sides of the bonding part.

③ Then place the upper vulcanization plate, water pressure plate and upper heat insulation plate in turn, and finally place the upper frame. The center line of the working face shall be aligned with the center line of the steel wire rope core conveyor belt, and the connecting bolts shall be installed and tightened one by one.

④ After the vulcanizer is fastened, connect the high-pressure water pipe, wire plug and pressure pump respectively.
