1、 Maintenance method of canvas conveyor belt:

1. During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt shall be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow, prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances affecting the quality of canvas, and be 1m away from the heating device.

2. During storage, the temperature in the warehouse should be kept between - 15 ℃ - + 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.

3. During storage, the conveyor belt shall be placed in rolls and shall not be folded. During placement, it shall be turned once a quarter.

4. The running speed of the conveyor belt shall not be greater than 5.0 M / s. low speed shall be used as far as possible when transporting materials with large lumpiness and high abrasion and when using fixed plow unloading device. Exceeding the specified speed will affect the service life of the conveyor belt.

5. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the direction changing drum of the transmission drum and the requirements for the groove angle of the idler shall be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.

6. In order to reduce the impact and wear of materials on the conveyor belt, the feeding direction shall be along the running direction of the conveyor belt; The drop of materials falling onto the conveyor belt shall be minimized; The feeding port shall avoid directly above the drum or idler; The receiving section of the conveyor belt shall shorten the idler spacing and take buffer measures. In order to prevent the conveyor belt from being scratched, the contact part between the material retaining device, scraper cleaning device and unloading device and the conveyor belt shall adopt the rubber plate with appropriate hardness, and the tape head with cloth layer shall not be used.

2、 Precautions for use of canvas conveyor belt:

1. Prevent the idler from being covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation, prevent material leakage from being stuck between the drum and the belt, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part, but do not oil the conveyor belt.

2. Try to avoid belt load starting.

3. In case of deviation of conveyor belt, take corrective measures in time.

4. In case of local damage to the conveyor belt, it shall be repaired in time to avoid expansion.

5. Avoid the canvas conveyor belt from being blocked by frame, pillar or block materials to prevent breakage and tearing.
