The solution is to adjust the tension device, take out the card or increase the counterweight to increase the initial tension.

The friction force between the driving drum and the conveyor belt is not enough, resulting in slipping. Most of the reasons are that there is water on the Teflon conveyor belt or the environment is wet, and the friction coefficient is reduced. The solution is to add some rosin powder on the drum, but pay attention not to put it in by hand, but to use the blowing equipment to blow in, so as to avoid personal accidents.

If the load on the conveyor belt is too large, the motor bearing capacity is exceeded or the starting speed is too fast, it will also cause slipping. The solution is that when the Teflon conveyor belt slips, the materials transported on the conveyor belt should be reduced in time or start slowly; when the conveyor belt does not rotate, the conveyor belt should be stopped immediately and treated.
