Sidewall conveyor belt is a common type of conveyor belt, which can be used to separate products and prevent accumulation when conveying products. What points should be paid attention to when using the baffle conveyor belt?    

1. Prevent conveyor belt from load starting

Measures should be taken in time to correct the problem when starting the conveyor belt with the rib. The layers of different types and specifications of conveyor belt should not be used at the same time, and the vulcanization method should be adopted for the joint. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of conveyor belt should be reasonably selected according to the use conditions of rib conveyor belt. Generally, the running speed of conveyor belt should not be greater than the standard, the block size is large, the wear-resistant material is high, and the use of fixed pear discharge device should be as low as possible.

2. The feeding direction shall be the working direction of conveyor belt

The relationship between the diameter of transmission drum and the distribution of conveyor belt, the matching of transmission drum and reorientation drum and the angle of roller groove should be reasonably selected according to the design. The feeding direction should be the working direction of the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the impact of materials on the rib conveyor belt, the chute should be used to reduce the material drop distance. The material section of the conveyor belt should shorten the distance between the roller paths and the leakage of the buffer roller. The soft and medium baffle should be used for the conveyor belt to avoid the gear plate.

3. Use the belt to be lubricated

In use, it should be added and repaired in time to prevent the leakage between the drum and the belt, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part of the conveyor belt instead of the oily conveyor belt. Avoid the side conveyor belt passing through the frame, column or block to prevent breakage and cracking. If the local damage of the conveyor belt is found, the artificial cotton should be used to repair in time to avoid expansion.
