Local heat vulcanization: it is often said that the conveyor belt heat vulcanization needs to be equipped with vulcanizing machine. Local cold glue, repair strip (vertical crack) and cold glue-t2 composite glue are used to fill longitudinal crack (special glue gun is required). These two methods have the advantages of less capital investment, good wear resistance, good structural reinforcement performance, short acquisition time and high natural environment requirements, but the disadvantage is that they can not be repaired to the original conveyor belt surface leveling requirements.
Conveyor belt spray repair technology. The technicality is to mix several kinds of liquid raw materials according to the special equipment to spray high pressure paint on the damaged surface of the drive belt, and a certain thickness of wear-resistant layer must be sprayed. Short curing time, suitable for local wear, good effect, need special equipment.
Improve the belt hopper. It is one of the reasonable countermeasures to improve the dropping hopper of conveyor belt to avoid the initial damage of conveyor belt. Improve the hopper at the junction of each belt conveyor to increase its ability to pass through foreign matters by 2.5 times. Long and large foreign matters are not easy to get stuck between the funnel wall and the conveyor belt in the conveying process, so as to reduce the probability of foreign matters tearing the conveyor belt.
The guide apron of the hopper makes the gap between the guide belt and the conveyor belt larger and larger along the conveyor belt. The large drop hopper is equipped with buffer partition to prevent the impact of raw materials on the conveyor belt.
