1、 Causes of damage of rubber surface covered by conveyor belt

1. The gap between the guide groove liner and the tape is inappropriate, or foreign matters are embedded in the gap, resulting in abnormal wear or scratch.

2. The velocity of the material in the guide groove is not consistent with that of the conveyor belt, and the drop is large, which accelerates the wear of the rubber surface.

3. If the belt slips, abnormal wear of the belt will be formed.

4. Illegal operation, welding slag scalding and sweeper scratch during maintenance, etc.

1. The diameter of the reversing roller is small, and the bending stress of the conveyor belt is large.

2. The carrier has short working cycle, frequent starting and large instantaneous tension.

3. As for the reversible conveyor, because the upper and lower lap can only be in one direction, it is simply scratched by the sharp corner of the belt cleaner, discharger and other equipment.

Pu conveyor belt in the use process to pay attention to these matters

1. Low speed should be selected as far as possible for materials with high abrasion and unloading equipment with fixed pear.

2. The deviation of conveyor belt should be corrected in time.

3. The relationship between the diameter of the driving roller and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the reversing roller and the supporting roller groove are discussed.

4. The type and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be selected reasonably according to the operation conditions and the planning regulations of the conveyor.

5. Different types and standard layers of conveyor belt should not be used together, and its joint should be vulcanized.

6. When the conveyor is in use, it should be added and repaired in time. The idler is covered by materials, resulting in ineffective rotation. Pay attention to the smoothness of the moving part of the conveyor belt, but the conveyor belt should not be contaminated.

7. The feeding direction should be along the running direction of the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the impact of the material falling on the conveyor belt, the chute should be adopted. The receiving section of the conveyor belt and the conveyor belt should adopt a soft and moderate baffle plate to avoid the rigid baffle plate and scratch the belt surface of the conveyor belt.
