1. If the tail of the belt deviates to the left, adjust the tail roller, adjust the left tension lead screw, or tighten or loosen, depending on the site situation. Similarly, if the belt deviates to the right, the adjustment method is similar;

2. The upper part of the belt deviates from the left and right, and the adjustment method is the same;

3. Adjust the head roller in the same direction as the deviation;

4. If the middle part of the belt conveyor deviates, adjust the middle of the belt conveyor with large inclination angle, and adjust the upper roller or lower roller for correction, then the adjustment method is different.

Several reasons for the damage of baffle conveyor belt

1. Due to insufficient baffle length, the baffle length should be adjusted and extended until the material on the conveyor belt is stable;

2. Improper opening of skirt;

3. The distance between conveyor belt and baffle is not suitable;

4. Improper feeding direction;
