With the development of the times and the arrival of the industrial era, there are more and more kinds of conveyor belt, among which PVC conveyor belt has the characteristics of light weight, high performance, good stability and long service life. In a lot of use of conveyor belt, there will be a lot of problems, but need to understand it first, will be used in the future, for the conveyor belt will have better maintenance!

The following points should be paid attention to in use PVC conveyor belt:

1. Avoid the drum covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation, prevent material leakage between the drum and the belt, pay attention to the lubrication of moving parts, but not greasy PVC conveyor belt;

2. Avoid starting the loaded drum;

3. Belt deviation, take corrective measures in time;

4. If local damage is found, repair it in time to avoid expansion;

5. Avoid the belt being blocked by frame, column or block material to prevent belt damage or tear;

6. The type, structure and layer number of PVC conveyor belt should be reasonably selected according to the use situation;

7. The running speed of PVC conveyor belt shall not exceed 2.5m/s. Fixed force unloading device should be used for large caking and worn materials, and low speed should be used as far as possible;

8. The relationship between the diameter of the driving drum and the distribution of the conveyor belt, the supporting facilities of the driving drum, the angle of the reversing roller and the support groove should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
