The deviation switch is a protective device, which is used to detect the deviation degree and alarm of the conveyor belt during operation. Selection principles and precautions:

2. Select the switch body with motion memory and motion state indication; Because the belt conveyor is dynamic, this function can easily determine the specific position of belt conveyor deviation, analyze the causes of deviation, and facilitate equipment commissioning and maintenance.

3. Non contact deviation switch can be selected under certain conditions; Non contact deviation correction switch, photoelectric proximity switch instead of roller to detect whether the belt deflects. The advantages are long service life and convenient maintenance, while the disadvantages are high price.
