In the process of transportation and storage, the herringbone conveyor should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, prevent contact with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvents and other substances, and be 1 meter away from the heating device.
During storage, the temperature of the warehouse should be kept at 18 ~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be kept at 50 ~ 80%.
During storage, the conveyor belt should be placed in rolls and not folded. The conveyor belt shall be rotated quarterly during storage.
Different types, specifications and layers of conveyor belts should not be used at the same time, and their joints should be bonded.
The type, structure, specification and layers of conveyor belt should be selected reasonably according to the service conditions.
In general, the running speed of the conveyor belt should not exceed 2.5m/s, and the speed should be reduced as far as possible when the block, wear and tear materials and fixed unloading device are used.
According to the design regulations of the conveyor belt, the relationship between the diameter of the driving roller and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching between the driving roller and the supporting roller and the requirements of the groove angle of the supporting roller are selected.
The feed direction should be consistent with the running direction of the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the impact of material falling on the conveyor belt, grooves should be used to reduce the distance of material falling. In the feeding section of the conveyor belt, the distance between the rollers should be shortened, the buffer roller should be used as the leakage material, and the soft and moderate baffle should be used to adapt to the conveyor belt, so as to avoid the hard baffle and scratching the surface of the conveyor belt.
